37. FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET WORKSHOP NO. 2: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. CONDUCT a Budget Workshop to review and discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Five-Year Plan; and, — 2. PROVIDE direction to staff regarding the projects, funding priorities, and proposed improvements to be included in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget document.
