8.g APPROVE RECEIPT OF $2,700,000 IN STATE COASTAL CONSERVANCY 54 GRANT FUNDS FOR THE BAYSHORE BIKEWAY RESILIENCY PROJECT (GRT100), ADJUST THE BUDGET ACCORDINGLY, AND AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH NEXUS PLANNING & RESEARCH FOR CONSULTANT SUPPORT. (0620-77 & 0680-20) Recommendation: Staff recommend that the City Council adopt Resolution 2026-053 to accept the California Coastal Conservancy grant, allocate and appropriate these grant funds into the budget, and amend the existing Professional Services Agreement with Nexus Planning and Research for the Project (GRT100).
