13. FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 CONFIRMATION OF ANNUAL TAX RATE FOR VOTER APPROVED INDEBTEDNESS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Review and adopt the attached resolution establishing property tax override rates on voter approved indebtedness for retirement expenditures for the Fiscal Year 2026-27; and, 2. Direct staff to forward the resolution to the Los Angeles County Auditor Controller within the required time limit; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
