16. AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) - REGION 9 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER ON CONSENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the Administrative Order on Consent between the Unites States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - Region 9 and the City of Montebello; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
