20. 26-500 Accept Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid and Authorize Execution of a Construction Contract with Sanz Construction, Inc. in the amount of $155,748 for City Gym and Pool Flooring Replacement (CC-1850), and authorize a 4.5% contingency Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Sanz Construction, Inc. in the amount of $155,748; and, B) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve change orders for potential construction-related changes up to a 4.5% contingency; and, C) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract with Sanz Construction, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney.
