22. 26-462 Adopt Resolution No. 2026-14 concerning the status and update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan (LSSP) for the Measure M2 Program; adopt Resolution No. 2026-18 concerning the status and update of the Pavement Management Plan (PMP) for the Measure M2 Program; and adopt a 7-year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2026/2027 through 2032/2033 for compliance with renewed Measure M eligibility requirements Recommended Action: A) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-14, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach concerning the update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan for Measure M (M2) Program”; and, B) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-18, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach concerning the status and update of the Pavement Management Plan for the Measure M2 Program; and, C) Adopt the 7-year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2026/2027 through 2032/2033 for compliance with renewed Measure M eligibility requirements.
