70. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, E. Arcineaga, et al. v. Los Angeles County, et al. Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, E. Arcineaga, et al. v. Los Angeles County, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV46931, in the amount of $250,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Department of Health Services' budget.
