71. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Bobo, D., et al. v. Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Bobo, D., et al. v. Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24TRCV01086, in the amount of $1,500,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Department of Health Services' budget. This medical malpractice lawsuit alleges physicians and staff at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center were negligent. (26-3002)
