Three-Year Integrated Plan for Behavioral Health Services and Outcomes for Fiscal Years 2026-27 through 2028-29 Recommendation: Adopt the Department of Mental Health’s Three-Year Integrated Plan (IP) for Behavioral Health Services and Outcomes for Fiscal Years 2026-27 through 2028-29.
