79. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Jamilla Saint-Pierre v. County of Los Angeles Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Jamilla Saint-Pierre v. County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court No. 22STCV26792, in the amount of $150,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Department of Health Services' budget. This lawsuit alleges that an employee of Health Services was subjected to discrimination and harassment. (26-3268)
