80. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, James Singleton, Jr. v. County of Los Angeles, et al. Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, James Singleton, Jr. v. County of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 25SMCV03121, in the amount of $120,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Department of Regional Planning's budget. This lawsuit arises from injuries Plaintiff allegedly sustained in a traffic collision involving a Department of Regional Planning employee. (26-3274)
