Los Angeles Regional Crime Laboratory Facility Authority Agreement Amendment Recommendation: Approve and instruct the Chief Executive Officer to execute an amendment to the First Amended Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the County and the City of Los Angeles governing the Los Angeles Regional Crime Laboratory Facility Authority (Authority) for governance of the Authority.
