10. Update on Economic Development Concept Plans RECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive and file the Community Placemaking Vision document for the Agoura Road corridor; 2) Provide feedback regarding the overall vision, concepts, and potential opportunities identified in the document; 3) Confirm its interest in continuing to explore opportunities to activate and enhance the Agoura Road corridor through ongoing discussions with property owners, businesses, investors, and other stakeholders; 4) Direct staff to continue evaluating short-term activation opportunities, partnership opportunities, and potential implementation strategies that further the City's economic development and community placemaking goals; and, 5) Direct staff to return to the City Council, as appropriate, with recommendations regarding future planning efforts, market analysis, funding opportunities, and other actions necessary to advance the long-term vision for the corridor.
