3. PUBLIC WORKS a. Award of Contract to Oppenheimer National for Construction of the Country Hills Storm Drain Replacement Project (CIP 24503); Authorize the City Manager to Accept a Grant of Easement and Execute a Quitclaim Deed; and, a Finding that Said Actions are Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities), and Section 15302, Class 2 (Replacement or Reconstruction) (600.30) b. Waiver of the Competitive Bidding Process Per San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code Section 3-4.310(c); Approve the Purchase of Five ChargePoint Electrical Vehicle Chargers at the Community Center Project (CIP 22301); and, Finding that the Proposed Project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities) (600.30)
