29. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A FIVE-YEAR PURCHASE, SUPPORT, AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH MIS SECURITY LLC FOR THE RONIN WEAPONS DETECTION SYSTEM (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a five-year Purchase, Support, and Maintenance Agreement with MIS Security, LLC for the purchase, installation, training, support, and maintenance of the RONIN Weapons Detection System in an amount not to exceed $82,455.00; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 30) Public testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants who are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless extended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
