A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The City Council is requested to review and approve the: 1. Minutes of the Special Joint Meeting of City Council and Planning Commission 2. Minutes of the City Council Budget Study Session of June 3, 2026; and 3. Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of June 3, 2026. Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of the City Council Meeting.
