11.a CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION TO REAPPOINT DAN MALCOLM AS 188 THE CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH REPRESENTATIVE ON THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE PORT OF SAN DIEGO. (0150-70) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council consider the request of the Mayor to reappoint Commissioner Dan Malcolm to an additional four-year team commencing on January 2, 2027 and expiring on January 2, 2031, and approve such appointment, if desired.
