SISTER CITIES COMMUNITY REQUEST: BALLET FOLKLORICO CALIZTLAN ACADEMY Request the City Council approve funding in an amount not to exceed $22,850, allocated as follows: $16,250 to Ballet Folklórico Caliztlan Academy to offset airfare costs for approximately 30 dancers participating in Guelaguetza 2026 in Oaxaca, Mexico. $6,600 to support travel expenses for two City Councilmembers and one City staff representative, consistent with the recommendation of the Sister Cities Subcommittee.
