(4) 25-0917 Motion (Nazarian - Blumenfield) relative to instructing the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety in consultation with the Los Angeles Fire Department , Department on Disability, and the City Attorney to report on an analysis of best practices and feasibility for requiring that residential and commercial buildings exceeding a certain number of stories (e.g., 10, 15, or 20) maintain more than one operational elevator at all times; and related matters.
