(5) 26-0726 HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCES FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2026-27 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. HEAR PROTESTS against the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2026-27 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District. 2. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated June 10, 2026, if protest denied and assessment confirmed, in accordance with Section 6.956.127 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, for the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2026-27 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District Benefiting Footing Method. 3. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated June 10, 2026, if protest denied and assessment confirmed, in accordance with Section 6.956.127 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, for the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2026-27 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District Land Use Method (Ordinance of Intention adopted on May 26, 2026)
