24. Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding with the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) for Homeless Services Programs. Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) to expand Homeless Services programming; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents and amendments consistent with the Council’s action.
