RESOLUTION NO. 8613 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA, SUBMITTING A PROPOSED INCREASE IN THE CITY'S TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX TO THE CITY'S VOTERS AT THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026. (1) Subject to adoption by the electorate, give first reading to an Ordinance amending Chapter 3.40 of the Hawthorne Municipal Code. (2) Adopt Resolution No. 8613, submitting that Ordinance to the City's voters at the municipal election to be held on November 3, 2026.
