Adopt a Resolution Approving the City of Agoura Hills' Participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant Program and Authorize a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Los Angeles to Receive CDBG Funds RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 26-2141; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS' PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY PROGRAM, for the time period of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, and self-renewing thereafter, by authorizing the Mayor, or his/her designee, to sign a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Los Angeles.
