If a majority protest exists, adopt Resolution No. 26-40 (Attachment B - Alternate Resolution) confirming the Engineer's Report and levying assessments on assessable lots and parcels of land within the Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm Water Pump Station Assessment District No. 2005-2 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 in the same amounts and in the same levels as approved and assessed for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and
