24. City of Santa Fe Springs Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Resolution Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to authorize the County to participate in and contribute incremental property tax revenue to the Santa Fe Springs Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD). Approve the Santa Fe Springs EIFD’s Infrastructure Financing Plan. Designate the Supervisor of the Supervisorial District in which the Santa Fe Springs EIFD is located as a member of the public financing authority that is the governing body for the District.
