Parcel 1251 - Marina Del Rey - Marina City Club Amended and Restated Lease Agreement Recommendation: Approve and consent to the proposed assignment of Lease Agreement for Parcel 125I in Marina del Rey, from Essex Marina City Club, L.P., a California limited partnership (Lessee), to 4333 Admiralty Owner, LLC, a California limited liability company (Assignee). Approve and authorize the Director of Beaches and Harbors to execute any documentation necessary to effectuate the proposed assignment and to take any necessary and appropriate actions to implement the proposed assignment including, but not limited to, any consents, estoppels and related documentation. Find that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.
