57. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Maria Rivero v. County of Los Angeles, et al. Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Maria Rivero v. County of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV07694, in the amount of $188,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Child Support Services Department's budget. This lawsuit alleges that an employee of the Child Support Services Department was subjected to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. (26-3757)
