Identifying a tax rate for collecting voter authorized property taxes for employee retirement benefits based on the assessed property valuation established by the County Assessor’s Office It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Adopting a Resolution identifying the tax rate and amount of tax revenue required to fulfill the voters’ intent in funding the City’s retirement system; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
