15.b SECOND READING/ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2022-1216 ADOPTED BY THE VOTERS AT THE NOVEMBER 8, 2022 ELECTION TO APPROVE AN INCREASE IN THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX. (0430-95) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council conducts the second reading/adoption of Ordinance No. 2022-1216 pursuant to the City Council's previous action to approve a resolution which certified and declared the results of the voters of Imperial Beach at the November 8, 2022 election.
