23. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE POLICY PREMIUM RATE ADJUSTMENTS FOR RENEWAL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026, FOR CONTINUED PROVISION OF BASIC LIFE, AD&D, VOLUNTARY LIFE, SHORT TERM DISABILITY AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS TO CITY EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the premium rate adjustments set forth in the renewal letter for the New York Life policies for Basic Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Voluntary Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability benefits effective July 1, 2026, with a rate guarantee for 24 months.
