E. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MCCI, LLC (FORMERLY ECS IMAGING, INC.) FOR CITY’S ELECTRONIC CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND RELATED SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve a Second Amendment to the agreement for City’s electronic content management software (i.e., Laserfiche) annual maintenance and related services.
