23. Approval of a Partnership Agreement with the Los Angeles County Library for the Story Time with a Cop Program. RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the City Council approve the Partnership Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and the Los Angeles County Library for the Story Time with a Cop Program; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any related non-substantive documents necessary to implement the program.
