CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (CITY COUNCIL) — A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation to which the City of Carson is a party. The title(s) of such litigation is/are as follows: Isaias Pulido v. City of Carson, et al (Case No. 24STCV14430); and City of Carson v. James Dear, (Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 26STRO04193).
