(12) 26-0896 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Jonathan R. Ramirez v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 25STCV01816. (This matter arises from a November 18, 2024 incident where Plaintiff fell off of his e-scooter 80 feet south of the intersection of James M. Wood and Blaine Streets.)
