(13) 26-0895 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Cesar Buenrostro v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23CHCV02449. (This matter arises from an August 25, 2022 motor vehicle accident that occurred on or near North Topanga Canyon Road, just south of Sioux Drive in Los Angeles.)
