58. Newhall School District Levying of Taxes Request from the Newhall School District: Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest on, the School Facilities Improvement District No. 2011-1 of Newhall School District 2026 Refunding General Obligation Bonds (Forward Delivery) (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to maintain on the 2026-27 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds.
