Agreement for Professional Services - Award a Contract to Compass Consulting Enterprises, Inc. to provide environmental services for the project known as “The Lemon Heights” located at the southeast corner of Amar Road and Lemon Avenue environmental services in the amount of $79,032.00; Agreement in substantially the form attached (Attachment 1), and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and Inc. in the amount (not to exceed) $79,032.00.
