10.D. Voter Education for City Ballot Measures - November 2026 General Municipal Election It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Directing staff to take all necessary and appropriate actions to conduct impartial public education regarding the City ballot measures appearing on the November 2026 General Municipal Election ballot; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
