14.a IB FORUM SPORTS BAR AND GRILL SEEKS APPROVAL TO ALLOW LIVE 66 ENTERTAINMENT WITHIN THE EXISTING RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 1079 SEACOAST DRIVE, AND A CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION. (0600-20) Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and adopt Resolution 2026-084, approving Regular Coastal Permit No. CP-26-0001 and Conditional Use Permit No. CUP-26-0002 to allow live entertainment within the existing restaurant (IB Forum Sports Bar and Grill) at 1079 Seacoast Drive, based on the findings and California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) categorical exemption, and subject to the conditions as specified in the resolution (Attachment 1 to the staff report).
