(36) 23-0038-S12 MOTION (JURADO - HERNANDEZ) relative to extending the contract term with Estolano Advisors by six months through March 31, 2027, to continue providing Interim Inspector General services to the United to House LA (ULA) Citizen Oversight Committee. Recommendations for Council action: 1. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department, or designee, to: a. Amend City Contract No. C-144769 with Estolano Advisors to extend the contract term by six (6) months through March 31, 2027, and increase the compensation amount by $180,000 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $1,249,032, to continue providing Interim Inspector General services to the ULA Citizen Oversight Committee. b. Prepare Controller instructions and make any necessary technical adjustments consistent with the Mayor and City Council action on this matter, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer, and request the Controller to implement the instructions.
