(46) 26-1052 CD 9 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (PARK for PRICE - RAMAN) relative to the purchase of property located at 8224 South Broadway for the development of affordable housing. Recommendations for Council action: 1. AUTHORIZE the General Manager of Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), or designee, to purchase of the property located at 8224 South Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90003, for one dollar subject to free and clear title. 2. DIRECT the LAHD to execute a purchase and sale agreement and any other document necessary to reflect the new terms, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
