(29) 26-0215 BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT relative to adding Article 29 to Chapter 1, Division 10 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to establish the Litigation Disclosure Ordinance, which exempts certain specified contracts from disclosure requirements. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated July 29, 2026, adding Article 29 to Chapter 1, Division 10 of the LAAC, establishing the Litigation Disclosure Ordinance.
