(28) 26-0600-S109 BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to updated methods for determining the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP) health insurance premium subsidy, and amortization of costs and expenses for the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) Peace Officer Transfer Program. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated July 21, 2026, amending Chapters 11.5 and 22 of Division 4 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to: a. Implement a case settlement that requires updating methods for determining the health insurance premium subsidy for LAFPP Members. b. Authorize the amortization of costs and expenses for the LACERS Peace Officer Transfer Program. c.
