6. CALTRANS SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORTATION PLANNING GRANT 26-380 PROGRAM AWARD RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Adopt the proposed Resolution No. 2026-XX, accepting the Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant. 2. Authorize an appropriation increase to both the revenue and expenditure in the amount of $297,500 for the grant in the State Grant Fund (Fund 231). Attachments: 1. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-xx
