AUTHORIZE THE USE OF SOURCEWELL PUBLIC SECTOR 26-379 NATIONAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH FONROCHE LIGHTING AMERICA FOR THE PURCHASE OF SOLAR LIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE JOANN AND CORNERSTONE BIKE TRAILS RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Authorize the use of Sourcewell, Cooperative Agreement No. 041525-FNR with Fonroche Lighting America, valid until July 22, 2029, for the purchase of solar lighting equipment for the Joann and Cornerstone Bike Trails. 2. Authorize the purchase of lighting equipment for the Joann and Cornerstone Bike Trails for $116,152 through Fonroche Lighting America. 3.
