(3) 26-1037 ARTS, PARKS, LIBRARIES, AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to an in-kind donation of an articulating horse mannequin from the Lange Foundation for the Department of Animal Services (DAS) Specialized Mobile Animal Rescue Team (SMART) training operations. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the acceptance of an in-kind donation of an articulating horse mannequin valued at $20,000 from the Lange Foundation for the DAS SMART training operations; and, THANK the donor for the generous donation. Fiscal Impact Statement: The DAS reports that there will be no financial impact to the General Fund.
