24. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to continue in the Dominguez Channel Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Program (WMP) and Comprehensive Integrated Monitoring Plan, in compliance with regional watershed mandates of the State Water Resources Control Board 2026. Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the MOA and authorize the City Manager to sign the document on behalf of the City.
