7. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4523 WITH ALL-AMERICAN LEADERSHIP, LLC TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL TRAINING DAY AND INCREASE THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4523 with All-American Leadership, LLC to add one additional training day under the Leadership and Culture Foundations Program and increase the maximum compensation by $12,500, for a new total amount not to exceed $62,450; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4523 with All-American Leadership, LLC; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
