Resolution No. 26-54 - Recording of City Council Closed Session(s) old be destroyed and that future audio recordings of City Council Closed session meetings be discontinued; and Closed Sessions and designating the City Attorney to attend each Closed Session and maintain a confidential written minute book documenting the topics discussed and decisions made, consistent with Government Code Section 54957.2.
