22. 26-766 Accept Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid and Award Construction Contract to South Shore Marine Construction, Inc. in the Amount of $388,625.00 for the Huntington Harbour Dock Demolition and Replacement (CC1896); and Approve the Appropriation of $27,487.50 Recommended Action: A) Approve the appropriation of funds from the Infrastructure Fund, Account 31440003.82000, in the amount of $27,487.50 to Account 314900048.82800; and, B) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by South Shore Marine Construction, Inc in the amount of $388,625.00 (Base Bid); and, C) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve construction change orders up to a 10% contingency for potential construction change orders; and, D) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.
